Am I the only person who is puzzled by Central Station's inclusion on the list of the ten worst stations in the UK?

I know it’s not very pretty but it's clean and functional, the escalators usually work, it has lots of jolly staff and a rack displaying tourist leaflets. Lovely.

I can think of many, many stations that are truly repulsive, stinking facilities – regrettably several here in Merseyside. So what's the logic. Maybe the powers that be can push some extra funding our way if they name and shame us – cruel to be kind perhaps!
