Is it just my imagination or does work appear to have ground to a standstill on the two apartment blocks down at the Pier Head?

That sinister black glazing was being stuck on the frame at a fair rate until a couple of weeks ago. Maybe it's just the inclement weather holding things up.

On the other hand... Let's all keep our fingers crossed that we don’t end up with another half finished site like the one the Baltic Triangle.
